Non-litigious civil procedure

Non-litigious civil procedure

Non-litigious civil procedures deal with cases when there are no opposing sides (two parties each of them trying to prove their right in court). These are procedures where the court makes a decision regarding the benefits of one person, while at the same time more persons may be involved in the same procedure. Typical examples are small claims concerning property boundaries, the extension of parental rights, infringement of personal rights, mental health of an individual, business capacity constraints and the like. Consultation in the field of non-litigious civil procedures includes legal analysis, preparation of legal documents, and other services, according to the client’s needs.
