Prices of the legal services

For his services, the lawyer is entitled to a lawyer’s fee. In the law Firm Dr. Franci Ježekthe clients are charged according to the type of legal assistance that is needed, according to its legal complexity and according to a separate agreement with the lawyer to use one of the following:

the Law on lawyer's fees, adopted in 2003/2014 (available on the internet site of the Bar association of Slovenia),
the new Law on lawyer's fees,
a separate agreement where the lawyer is paid on an hourly basis;
a separate agreement where the lawyer charges a flat monthly or annual fee.
