Your legal problems are our worries.

Legalization and apostille

We offer professional service of the legalization of foreign documents (for domestic use) or domestic documents (for foreign use). We also provide professional law service of acquiring apostilles and certificates. Due to the nature of the documents, several certificates or apostilles could be necessary. Also, during the process, the documents often require being translated to the appropriate foreign language.

Should both countries not be signing parties of the Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, a process of legalization will be needed.

If both countries (country of origin of document and country of destination) are signing parties of the Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents, legalization of the documents is (normally) not needed, just the acquirement of the apostille.

The process of the acquiring of apostille can be exhausting and must be followed by procedure, the sequence of the received certificates and signatures. Hence professional help is advisable.

What we can do:

-    We can get the documents apostilled in some cases even legalized;

-    We can acquire the appropriate certificates and translations;

-    We can start procedures of the legalization of documents and decision.

What we cannot do:

-    We cannot issue an apostille since this is not our authority, we can acquire it from state bodies and officials;

-    We cannot provide free legal assistance, pro bono work or non-payment help since we provide quality service and this means costs, time and expenses we cannot and will not cover;

-    We cannot rush and apostille or legalization because there are office hours and procedural checkpoint that need to be followed.
